Level 3 looks like the easiest board in the game — a perfect 3×3 square sitting in the tray. Do not trust it. It is the first level that beats you for touching the most obvious marble on screen.
The four colours in play are Yellow, Pink, Light Blue and Purple, and the level is won or lost on your very first tap. There are no hidden boxes, no multiplier gates, no obstacles — the board itself is the enemy. The game wants you to panic-tap the centre. The win is refusing it and dismantling the corners first.
The Marble Sort Level 3 board
The tray is a tight 3×3. The front row — the only row you can play at the start — reads Yellow, Pink, Yellow, left to right. Behind it, the middle row is Light Blue, Purple, Light Blue, and the back row mirrors the front: Yellow, Pink, Yellow.
Below sit four columns, each a stack with a fixed order. Column one (far left) wants Yellow on top, then Purple, then Light Blue, then Pink. Column two wants Yellow, then two Pinks, then Light Blue. Column three breaks the pattern — it leads with Light Blue, over Yellow, Purple, Yellow. Column four is Yellow on top, then two Light Blues, then a final Yellow.
Read only the tops and the whole puzzle appears: three Yellow boxes are open, one Light Blue box is open, and not a single Pink box is ready. The biggest cluster on the board is Pink — and it has nowhere to go. That disconnect is the entire level: Pink is the one colour you must not touch until column two's Pink stack finally surfaces.
The trap in Marble Sort Level 3
The trap is that front-centre Pink. It is the largest cluster and the easiest tap, but zero Pink boxes are open at the start. Touch it first and it rides the conveyor belt with nowhere to land — it sits there, eats a slot, and stays stuck while you dig for a Pink box buried three layers down. The board is built to make you tap the bait. The solve is to leave it alone and clear the corners.
How to clear Marble Sort Level 3
Clear the corners, hold the centre
- Tap the bottom-left Yellow. It feeds the first open Yellow box and shifts the board.
- Tap the bottom-right Yellow. It clears a second Yellow box and exposes the middle row.
- Leave the front-centre Pink exactly where it is — do not touch it yet.
Unlock the middle row
- Tap the Purple now showing in the middle row. It clears the Purple box that opened on the left.
- Tap the Light Blue on the right side of the middle row. It feeds the Light Blue boxes in columns three and four, and the belt runs clean.
Finish the stacks
- Tap the front-centre Pink. By now column two shows its Pink stack, so the bait finally has a home.
- Match the last Yellow and Pink to the boxes that have opened, keeping the belt clean to the last tap.
The technique that clears Marble Sort Level 3
The rule Level 3 teaches is the one every later level repeats: the biggest, most obvious cluster is almost always the bait, not the answer. Clear the edges that have ready boxes first, and the bait stops being bait the moment its box surfaces. Never touch a colour until you can see its open box at the top of a column.
