The main trap is the Light Blue box at the bottom left of the Top Tray. It looks like an easy match for the far-right column's Light Blue slot, but if you drop it early, you'll fill a Conveyor Belt slot with a color that needs two more matches, which are hidden deeper in the board. Avoid that move until later.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 397 — Step-by-Step

Phase one: Clear the front row

1. Tap the Pink box at the bottom right of the Top Tray (the one that is directly above the drop chute, on the right side). This Pink will drop into the far-left active bottom Box, clearing it.
2. Next, tap the Dark Blue box that is second from the left in the bottom row of the Top Tray. This Dark Blue will go into the center-left active bottom Box, clearing it as well.
3. After these taps, new boxes are revealed: a Purple, a Pink, and a Yellow become visible in the Top Tray. Also, several Hidden Boxes become playable.
4. Important: Do not tap the Light Blue or White boxes in the bottom row of the Top Tray yet. Keep your Conveyor Belt empty for the next phase.

Phase two: Break the ice and open the left side

1. Now you need to find two boxes that are adjacent to the Blue Iced Box at the bottom of the diamond. Look for any playable colors that are next to it, and tap them to shatter the ice. This will open up the center.
2. After breaking the Blue Iced Box, your goal is to reach the Red Iced Box on the left side. Clear any boxes that block access to it, and when it is exposed, tap the boxes adjacent to it to shatter the ice.

1. As you clear the bottom rows, the center-left stack will reveal a Mystery Box after the Red, and the center-right stack will show a Red after the Dark Blue. Clear that Red from the center-right first, because it is a known color.
2. Do not trigger the Mystery Box on the center-left yet. If it reveals a Green or Yellow, those colors are still trapped in the upper Iced Boxes, and you would have no way to clear them, causing a jam.
3. Work on breaking the Yellow Iced Box on the right side of the diamond. This will give you access to the top right Tunnel and more playable colors.
4. Once the right side is open, you can go back and tap the Light Blue and White boxes that you left at the beginning. Use them to clear the far-right column.
5. Now, trigger the Mystery Boxes one at a time. Clear the color it reveals, empty your Conveyor Belt, and only then trigger the next Mystery Box. This loop will help you clear the rest of the board safely.
