Marble Sort Level 31 — Walkthrough and Solution

Level 31 is the double red trap and mystery box chain. Only one of the two opening Reds has a Box to land in — bank the middle-right Red, leave the left one, and dig toward the buried Oranges before the hidden tiles flip.

Red → Pink. Hidden boxes turn every tap into a guess.

Marble Sort Level 31 punishes you in the first few taps if you misread the opening. A pair of Red blocks stare at you, yet only a single Red Box is live. The two Oranges you actually need are tucked away two rows deep, so the whole opening is about staying lean enough to reach them.

Picture the Top Tray cut in two by a vertical gap that runs straight down. A blue Tunnel stamped 3 sits on the left, holding several colours out of reach. Yellow and Light Blue wait in the far corners and do not matter until the finish. Along the bottom edge the lineup reads Red, Light Pink, then Red again under the gap, followed by Green and Dark Blue.

Marble Sort Level 31 Walkthrough

The front row of bottom Boxes opens with Orange, Red, Orange, and Dark Blue. Half of those four targets want Orange, yet both Orange blocks sit hidden up in the second and third rows. Exposing them is goal number one.

The trap is that second Red. One Red Box is open, so feeding both Reds strands the extra one on the Conveyor Belt. On top of that, four Mystery Boxes wait deeper in the lower section, which means a single loose marble early can snowball into a full belt.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 31 — Step-by-Step

Beat the double Red bait

  1. Send the Red on the middle-right of the front edge into the Red Box in column two.
  2. That one drop reveals an Orange behind it. Leave that Orange for a moment.
  3. Move the far-right Dark Blue down to fill the Dark Blue Box in column four.
  4. Removing the Dark Blue uncovers a second Orange over on the right.
  5. Both Orange Boxes and both Orange blocks are now ready, so clear the pair together.

React to the hidden reveals

Once the front line is empty, the level turns into a reaction test against the hidden tiles.

  1. Column one now asks for Green and column three for Pink. Pull the Green and the Light Pink from the front of the Top Tray to finish both.
  2. Columns two and four flip to their Mystery Boxes, so pause and let the question marks settle into real colours.
  3. Scan the Top Tray for whatever those colours turn out to be and release them the moment they are exposed.
  4. If a needed colour is trapped behind the blue Tunnel, clear the blocks sitting in front of it first so it can let go.
  5. Keep the belt light through this stretch, because four Mystery Boxes mean the next demand can always surprise you.

Clear the back rows

  1. The rear of the Top Tray finally opens, handing over Light Blue, Yellow, and the leftover Pink.
  2. Hold the Yellow in the top-left corner until the end, since its Box is buried at the very back.
  3. Match the Light Blue next, feeding the deep Boxes in column three.
  4. Finish the remaining revealed Boxes and pull the last corner colours to empty the board.

Tips & tricks

  • Memorise the front edge — Red, Light Pink, Red, Green, Dark Blue — and know only the middle-right Red is safe to open with.
  • Four Mystery Boxes are waiting, so never let the belt fill before a reveal lands.
  • The left Red and the Light Pink stay locked until the front line clears and fresh Boxes slide up.

Common mistakes

  • Feeding both Reds at the start. The second has no Box, so it loops on the belt and blocks the slot you need for the orange dig.
  • Dropping the top-left Yellow early. Its Box is at the back, so the Yellow becomes dead weight for the whole midgame.

Marble Sort Level 31 FAQ

Why does my Conveyor Belt flood on Marble Sort Level 31?

You fed the second Red before its Box existed, so it looped on the belt with nowhere to land. Only the middle-right Red has a Box at the start.

Which color do I clear first on Marble Sort Level 31?

The middle-right Red block. It clears the Red Box in column two and uncovers the first Orange you need to keep the board moving.

How many moves does it take to clear Marble Sort Level 31?

Roughly a dozen taps across three phases — the Red bait, the hidden reveals, then the back rows. Stick to that order and nothing strands.

Do I need boosters to beat Marble Sort Level 31?

No. Clear the middle-right Red first and the board unlocks itself. Save boosters for boards with Mystery Box chains that outpace your belt.

What happens if I tap both red blocks at once on Marble Sort Level 31?

The first Red fills its Box, but the second drops onto the belt with no home and loops there, eating a slot you need for the orange dig.
