Marble Sort Level 28 is built to make you panic. A wall of grey question marks blocks your view and hides the exact colours that get the board moving. Light Blue, Brown, Purple, and Dark Blue sit temptingly on the bottom row, while the Boxes are crying out for Orange and Dark Green. That gap between what you see and what you need is the whole level, and one wrong first tap loses it.

The tray forms a tight 5x5 grid with the upper rows almost entirely under grey Hidden Boxes. A Yellow peeks out on the middle-left, a Dark Blue in the centre, a Green on the right. The bottom row, left to right, is Light Blue, Brown, a gap, Purple, and Dark Blue. The front Boxes want Orange, Dark Green, Orange, and Purple.

You can't see any Orange or Dark Green at all. The Light Blue and Brown on the left are bait — they drop free but have no Box, so they rot on the belt. The only safe play is the Purple on the bottom right, which matches Lane 4. That first Purple clear is the trigger that lets you chip the Hidden Boxes above it and hunt down the Orange and Dark Green you're missing.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 28 — Step-by-Step

Beat the bait

  1. Ignore the Light Blue and Brown on the bottom left.
  2. Tap the Purple block second from the right. It flows into the front-right Purple Box.
  3. Your front still needs Orange and Dark Green. Start tapping the lowest Hidden Boxes just above the gap on the right.
  4. Pull the reveals down, hunting specifically for Orange and Dark Green.
  5. Route Orange to Lanes 1 and 3, and Dark Green to Lane 2.
  6. Break a new Hidden Box only when you've got three or more open belt slots.

Survive the mid shift

  1. After the Orange and Dark Green clear, the Boxes shift and want Brown, Dark Blue, Pink, and Light Blue.
  2. Now release the bottom-left corner: drop the Brown and Light Blue blocks, which finally have active Boxes.
  3. Attack the centre column. Clearing the middle Hidden Boxes exposes a vertical stack of Dark Blue, Pink, and Brown.
  4. Clear the central Dark Blue first to satisfy the shifted Box in Lane 3.
  5. Work around any stray Yellow and Orange on the belt, and stop pulling Hidden Boxes until the centre stack is fully cleared.

Clear the top corners

  1. There's a stubborn Yellow trapped top-left. Don't drop it until a Yellow Box shows in the middle lanes.
  2. The top-right holds one last pile of Green and Red-Brown.
  3. Drop the remaining Pink into the shifting Boxes to pull the final Yellow and Green Boxes forward.
  4. Once they're locked in front, flush the Yellow and Green down the belt to finish.
